Pemi makes oral dissolving strips designed for women navigating perimenopause. Each strip — Luna, Clara, and Sera — offers targeted support across a different part of your day, at transparent doses.

Luna is a daily strip for mood support and a sense of calm. Clara is a daily strip for mental clarity and focus. Sera is a nightly strip for restful sleep and relaxation. Together they make up the Pemi Protocol — support from morning to night.

Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve — about 30 seconds, no water and no pills. Luna and Clara are taken during the day; Sera is taken at night before bed.

Most women notice a difference between week 4 and week 8 of consistent daily use. It builds rather than switches on, which is why the protocol is built around a 90-day rhythm.

Luna. Its key ingredient, Affron® saffron extract, was clinically studied for mood support over a 4-week window. That is what the research measured, not a promise about your own timeline.

Clara. Supports focus and mental clarity. As with the rest of the protocol, the daily consistency is what does the work.

Sera. The exception. It contains 3 mg of melatonin, which supports falling asleep, so this is the one you may feel the first night.

Yes — all Pemi strips are hormone-free and made in a cGMP-compliant facility, with clearly labeled ingredients at researched dosages (Sera includes 3mg of melatonin). As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing, planning to become pregnant, or taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Every subscription makes you a Pemi Member. Membership includes access to our private community, educational content, protocol guidance, exclusive member offers, and a free Welcome Journal with your first subscription order. Member sessions with wellness professionals who specialize in perimenopause are in the works and coming soon.

You’re charged when you enroll, then automatically before each delivery — every month on the 30-Day Membership, or every 3 months on the 90-Day Membership. You can change your plan, products, quantities, or delivery date anytime from your account portal.

No — a one-time purchase is always available. We recommend the 90-day membership because that’s where most women see the fullest benefit, but you’re always in control.

Yes — anytime. You can skip a delivery, pause, change products or delivery date, or cancel from your account portal, with no contracts and no penalties.

One note: cancelling before you complete 90 days means the deliveries you’ve received aren’t eligible for the 90-Day Promise, since the guarantee assumes consistent daily use across the full 90 days.

Shipping is free on all subscriptions and on one-time orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $8 and express is $15. We currently ship within the US only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days — you’ll get a tracking email as soon as yours ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely encrypted at checkout.

We back the Protocol with our 90-Day Promise. Give it a real 90 days, and if you don’t feel a difference, we’ll refund your purchase.

Two paths qualify: the 90-Day Membership (your first delivery), or the 30-Day Membership across your first three consecutive deliveries. Either way that is a full 90-day supply, taken at least 6 days a week.

One-time orders aren’t eligible on their own. A single order is 30 days of supply, which isn’t long enough to test the protocol.

To use it, email contact@pemiwellness.com within 7 days of your 90-day mark. We’ll confirm your order and refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

We don’t accept returns, opened or unopened, so there’s nothing to ship back. Full details on our Refund Policy.

Yes. One-time orders make easy gifts, and gift subscriptions are available too — the recipient manages the subscription after the first delivery. You can add a gift note at checkout.
