Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using pemiwellness.com (the "Site") operated by Pemi LLC ("Pemi," "Pemí," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Overview

Pemi sells wellness products designed for women navigating perimenopause, including oral dissolving strips and related supplements. By using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission

Account Registration

You may create an account at pemiwellness.com/account to manage your orders, memberships, and preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at contact@pemiwellness.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise inconsistent with our community standards.

Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for purposes other than personal use.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Site.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Pemi offers membership-based subscriptions (30-Day Membership and 90-Day Protocol Membership). By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at checkout.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your membership at any time before your next renewal date through your account at pemiwellness.com/account or by emailing contact@pemiwellness.com. Cancellations process immediately, and you will not be charged for any next shipment that has not yet left our warehouse.

Membership pricing may change with advance notice. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any pricing change affects your membership.

Refund eligibility for memberships and one-time purchases is governed by our Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Health Disclaimer

Pemi products are dietary supplements, not medications. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including perimenopause or any related condition. The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary.

You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under the care of a healthcare provider.

The educational content on this Site — including blog posts, quiz results, ingredient explanations, and protocol guidance — is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Communications

By creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our email list, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Pemi LLC. Transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices) are required for service delivery. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@pemiwellness.com.

If you opt in to SMS messaging, you consent to receive automated text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, packaging, and software, is the property of Pemi LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Pemí name, logo, the names Luna, Clara, and Sera, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Pemi LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

User Content

If you submit content to us — such as reviews, testimonials, quiz responses, photos, social media tags, or communications — you grant Pemi LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business operations and marketing. You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not violate the rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pemi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
