I'm a mother, a wife, a hard-working woman — and at 39, without warning, everything started shifting. My mood, my sleep, my focus. I went to doctors looking for answers and was told this was just something women deal with. No solutions. No real guidance.

So I researched obsessively, worked with scientists and formulators, and refused to settle for supplements that weren't backed by real evidence. I wanted something that tasted good, was easy for busy women on the go, and actually made a difference.
