Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY

At Pemi LLC (“Pemi,” “Pemí,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund and return policy.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
- You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase
- The item must not be a final sale or clearance item
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pemiwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pemiwellness.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In those cases, Pemi LLC will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@pemiwellness.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping charges.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pemiwellness.com.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you are subscribed to a recurring order, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after a subscription order has been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy above.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
