Refund policy

Our 90-Day Promise

We built Pemi around 90 days because that's how long compounding takes to land. So we want you to give it a real chance — and we're willing to back it.

If you've used Pemi consistently for 90 days and don't feel a difference, we'll refund your purchase. No questions about how it went. No hoops, no hassle, no fine print designed to talk you out of it.

This is the only refund path we offer for product that worked exactly as intended — and we built it to be generous.

About returns

We do not accept product returns. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's yours.

This applies to both opened and unopened product. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returned supplements back into inventory, and we don't ask customers to ship product back as part of any refund process.

Refunds are processed without requiring a return — see the 90-day guarantee below for the only path eligible for a refund.

Who's eligible for the 90-day guarantee

The guarantee is for customers who actually completed 90 days of consistent daily use of Pemi. That means you had enough supply to cover 90 days, and you took it daily as directed.

There are two eligible purchase paths:

  1. 90-Day Membership — first delivery. You received a full 90-day supply in one shipment and used it daily for 90 days.
  2. 30-Day Membership — three consecutive deliveries. You stayed enrolled for three full monthly cycles (90 days total) and used the product consistently throughout.

By "consistent daily use," we mean taking the recommended daily dose at least 6 days per week across the full 90-day window.

One-time purchases are not eligible for the 90-day guarantee on their own, because a single one-time order only provides 30 days of supply — not enough to complete the protocol. If you want to test Pemi for the full 90 days, the 90-Day Membership is the path designed for it.

How to request a 90-day refund

Email us at contact@pemiwellness.com within 7 days of your 90-day mark (so the window closes 97 days after your first delivery).

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A note saying you'd like to use the 90-day guarantee

We'll match your request to your order in our system, confirm your eligibility, and process the refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

What's not covered

  • Subsequent membership deliveries beyond the eligible window. For 90-Day Membership, the guarantee covers only the first delivery (your initial 90-day supply). For 30-Day Membership, the guarantee covers only the cumulative purchase across the first three deliveries — not later renewals.
  • 30-Day Memberships cancelled before three deliveries. If you cancelled before completing the full 90-day cycle, you didn't have enough supply to test the protocol, and the guarantee doesn't apply.
  • One-time purchases by themselves. A 30-day one-time order is not eligible — the supply doesn't cover the 90-day window.
  • Refund requests outside the 90-day + 7-day window (more than 97 days after your first delivery).
  • Wholesale, bulk gift, or affiliate-program orders.
  • "Changed my mind" or buyer's-remorse refunds. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened product.
  • Final sale or promotional items. Items marked "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for refund or return. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, the strips look off, the packaging seal is broken, or you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@pemiwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll resolve it promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping charges.

This is separate from the 90-day guarantee. Damaged-, defective-, or wrong-item replacements aren't subject to the 90-day window.

Cancelling a membership subscription

If you'd rather cancel your membership before your next delivery (instead of completing the 90-day window and requesting a refund after), you can do it any time:

We don't ask why. We don't make you wait. Cancellations process immediately, and you won't be charged for any next shipment that has not yet left our warehouse.

Note: Cancelling before completing the full 90-day window means you're not eligible for the 90-day guarantee on the deliveries you've received, since the guarantee assumes consistent daily use across the full 90 days.

Refund processing time

Once we receive your request, confirm eligibility, and match it to your order, we'll initiate the refund within 2 business days. From there:

  • Credit cards: 1–3 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit cards or bank transfers: 3–5 business days
  • Some banks may take up to 10 business days to display the refund — this is on their end, not ours

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

You'll get an email confirmation as soon as we process the refund on our side, regardless of when your bank reflects it.

This refund policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing from Pemi, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update this policy — but if we make material changes, we'll honor the policy that was in place when you ordered.
