Pemi LLC ("Pemi," "Pemí," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website pemiwellness.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site or make a purchase from us. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

Personal information you provide. When you interact with our Site, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers)
  • Quiz responses, including answers about mood, focus, sleep, and wellness preferences

Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we automatically collect:

Note about quiz responses. Some questions on our wellness quiz ask about mood, focus, and sleep symptoms. We treat these responses as personal information and use them only to recommend Pemi products and personalize the content we send you. We do not share quiz responses with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not consider quiz responses to be medical records.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and customer service
  • Manage your membership subscriptions, including renewals and cancellations
  • Communicate with you about your orders, products, and promotions
  • Personalize your experience and deliver content and product recommendations based on your quiz responses and order history

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your quiz responses with advertisers or third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixel tags, web beacons, and SDKs from Google, Meta, and other partners) to remember your preferences, analyze how you use our Site, measure the performance of our advertising, and personalize the experience.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment data is processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and products are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. International Visitors

Pemi is operated from the United States. If you are visiting our Site from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central database are located. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.
